Brand is a powerful word, and should often be used carefully. Wikipedia defines it as a “collection of images and ideas representing the economic producer”. The turn of the 21st century saw, something extra-ordinary, something that took marketing to another level. That phenomenon was branding. Sure, brands existed but they were not powerful enough to uplift companies altogether. Every now and then we see images, logos, slogans etc. in many and almost all walks of life as they leave an impression. This defines their success as branding is nothing but leaving an impact on the customer’s heart and mind. Everyone remembers the slogan “Just do it” , so when you see it next time, you know it’s Nike. The infamous white colored tick-mark sort of logo can be called one of the most successful brand logos of all times.

Most businesses wouldn’t achieve success without having a presence on the web, and having a presence on the web isn’t enough. Businesses have to analyze different forms of web marketing and at this point in time video ads seem to be the most appropriate gateway for marketers. According to a recent study done by emarketer video ads will grow from $ 1.2 billion in 2008 to $4.5 billion in 2012.
This is what Gary Kaufhold, anlayst had to say about this growing trend,
What is now seen as a predominantly younger pastime will spread to encompass a wider group of people, in part due to the aging of current online video viewers, but also as a result of word-of-mouth, spread of services, growth of in-home networks and new network-connected consumer electronic devices.
Please take a look at the images below,

Most marketers build their business and product sales based on lies. I bet you have heard those infomercials that run on TV all night long that says “Guaranteed it will last a lifetime.” Well, first if a product lasts a lifetime it might not be the most feasible solution for the companies interest ( my view ). And second, most of the time marketers tend to hide a lot of details in fine prints and what not when promoting something to an extreme just to create the hype.

A business should be built on honesty and so should a marketing campaign. A good marketer isn’t the one who makes a sale but the one who creates a lasting impression. While marketing a product give your customers the best option. If what they have in mind is not the best option for their needs lead them to an alternative product. Give them options. Options that might drive them to buy a product of lesser value is better than selling them something which might not be of much use to the customer after a while.
Although most marketers tend to live on lies and misguide customers for a big one time sale, the one’s that succeed in the long run are the ones that not only make a sale, but build credibility and a lasting impression in the eyes of a customer.
Here is a little crazy but very effective marketing motto to follow,
To hell with one time big sales….its the repeat visits customers make that makes the big bucks.

Try placing yourself in a potential customer’s shoes and see what kind of things you would look for. Search for popular specific keywords that relate to your website. There are many tools available online that search for related phrases and keywords to build on a campaign. It is important to choose keywords that are not too general or specific.
