Before going anywhere into the topic, let me just tell you what squidoo is all about. Squidoo is a website that let’s you create your own page for free and still let’s you earn money in direct and indirect ways. Squidoo is started by the famous blogger Seth Godin. Using squidoo, you can create a page on almost any topic you can think of. The process of creating a lens take a matter of 5 minutes and once it is done, you can start writing articles.

Unlike blogs, you don’t need to update squidoo lens often. You only need a 2-3 text modules and a couple of other modules to create a complete and good looking squidoo lens. These modules work like a new blog post. But you don’t have permalinks for them. You can add modules like amazon module, ebay module, and even videos module to spice up your lens.

Let me now take you to the earning part of the squidoo. There are two ways by which you can earn which are direct and indirect. The direct methods include earnings using google adsense, amazon module, ebay module and so on.

Direct Methods

You earn money for clicks made on the adsense ads. But you won’t see the amount in your adsense account. As a matter of fact, you don’t need an adsense account to use this feature. Squidoo have their own adsense account and they install it in every lens and you get a share for the number of clicks at the end of the month. You also don’t need amazon affiliate link or ebay affiliate link to earn money using the modules. You get paid if someone buys using the link in your lens.

Indirect Methods

Indirect method is the one which is going to earn you more than 3/4^th of your money.

1. Clickbank

What you do is, you create a text module and at the end of each text module, you add a link to a product from sites like clickbank, paydotcom etc. This works in the same manner as your normal affiliate links. You get paid whenever someone buys a product by clicking your link. Clickbank has thousands of products and you sometimes earn 80% of the products total value in clickbank. The percentage you earn depends on the product you choose.

2. Transfer Lens

Squidoo has a unique feature which allows people to transfer lens to other people. It works in the same way as you push a domain. It is free to transfer lens to other people. To transfer a lens, all you need is a complete lens and the buyer’s squidoo username. A complete squidoo lens is something which has enough modules (say 3 text modules and a couple of other modules.) To transfer a lens, you have to select the transfer the lens option in your dashboard and follow their instructions.

How A 13 Year Old Can Bank $102 Using Squidoo Marketing

I cannot guarantee if you will be able to bank $102 using squidoo marketing. Few people make even four times that money using a single lens and few people make almost nothing. But this method is very easy even a 13 year old can follow and earn money. So here’s what you do:

1. Create a lens.

2. Target a main keyword which gets around 50-100 searches a day and is not very competitive. Squidoo lenses can rank well in google search.

3. Write a couple of articles with 10-20 good keywords. If you are not popular with the niche, rewrite articles that come with private label rights.

4. Once you are done, add the text modules, an amazon module and an ebay module in between the 3 text modules.

5. Add a feedback module at the end of the lens.

6. Choose a good clickbank product and promote in the text modules.

7. If you target the keywords well, you can easily get visitors to your lens and make at least one clickbank sale.

8. Assuming that you earn $25 for the sale and $2 from amazon, ebay and adsense modules together, you will have $27 in your pocket.

9. Now you can easily go to digital point forum or some other forum and sell the lens for $75 which is three times the money you have earned from the clickbank sale.

10. 3 times the earnings is something you can easily get considering the fact that I was able to sell one of my lens for $25 which had no income and was only 5 days old.

11. To get more people to your lens, submit articles to article directories and in the author byline include the url of the lens with the primary keyword you are targeting.

12. Now you should be having $102 and everything you have earned is profit since you didn’t spend for any advertising or hosting.
