I’ve got to admit, I’ve make more money because of Market Samurai than ANY other software tool on the planet.
Between building niche sites that I make affiliate money on, or working with clients for their own SEO, the tool has proven to be absolutely priceless.
I started out downloading the free version, which is extremely functional. Whether you actually register it or not, it will always generate hundreds of keywords for you.
If and when you do decide to register it, you get all kinds of advanced tools like SEO ranking profiles, content aggregation, auto posting to your blogs and lots of other stuff.
Before I get too far ahead of myself, I wanted to do a Market Samurai Review, starting from the bottom and working my way up…
Market Samurai Review – What Is It?
Market Samurai is a keyword research tool that operates in Adobe Air. You download it to your computer, set it up and it runs flawlessly. It isn’t web based or any of that… (I really do have it open most of the day on my desktop…)
The primary function is keyword research. So you put in a phrase like ‘make money blogging’ and it’ll generate up to 800 keyword phrases, plus all relevant search data, seo analysis scores, seo title tag counts, etc.
The power of Market Samurai is in the filtering though. You can filter keywords based on your own characteristics, so it’ll filter out keywords that have more than 100K results in Google, or have an SEO Title Competition of over 30K. That’s the beauty of it!
There are a ton of advanced features like SEO Competition which tells you how easy it will be to rank for that keyword, plus the top results already ranking. There are content and monetization sections. There is a domain picker, so you can easily register keyword domains…
It’s a beautiful piece of software.
Market Samurai Review – What I Like
As you can probably already tell, I love Market Samurai. I’ve tried everything else on the market and nothing even comes close. Between my own content sites and my clients, MS has made me tens of thousands of dollars. It’s my default keyword research tool.
With that being said, I REALLY like the keyword filtering and the domain searching tool. It’s so nice to just do a keyword search, hit a button, and then find all the available domains!
I use the SEO competition section to a lot, but not as much as the keyword filtering and domain lookup tools :0)
Market Samurai – What I Don’t Like
There isn’t much I don’t like about Market Samurai. If I had to pick something though, I’d have to say that, while it does a lot and is hugely powerful, it feels slow sometimes. It isn’t a huge problem because I just set it up and run it in the background, but sometimes it bothers me.
Then again, it’s polling Google’s servers thousands of times a second, pulling all kinds of information, so I don’t know how fast it really could be… I’m not complaining, I just want you to know what to expect when you download the free version….
Market Samurai Review – Overall Thoughts
Market Samurai is a great piece of software. I really can’t say enough about it. There is a free version that does everything you need it to… Keyword research, domain searching, etc.
All you have to do is go to the main Market Samurai page, enter your name and email for registration and install it on your computer. They send you lots of training on how to use it as well! All video training…
