This is actually one of the things I learned in Facebook Ad Power! Let me tell you, I’ve put it to good use.

As you can see, one of my niches is ‘Cake Ideas.’ I’ve got some affiliate programs and stuff set up and get traffic through SEO and paid sources like Facebook.
I created a rather ugly Facebook Ad targeted to:
- Females ages 30-64
- Who live in the US
- Who have the terms children, playgrounds, toddlers or Disney in their profile
The result is a bit shy of a reach of 875,000! Meaning my Facebook ad will be seen by 875,000 people!
I’ve been testing this Facebook ad a bit though. Originally I had terms like ‘parenting’ (for Parenting magazine), ‘cake’ and ‘cake decorating,’ and baby in the demographic information but didn’t get too high of a click through rate.
Since I opened up the terms a little bit, my click through has gone through the roof and the conversions have been just as good.
Up until I watched Facebook Ad Power, I had no idea how to market on Facebook or put up a Facebook Ad. Now, it’s head to head with Google Adwords for my top advertising network because the results are pretty astounding!
