I ordered Principles of Marketing(13th Edition) from robinmatthews-101 on 11/04/09. Today is 12/07/09 and I still have not received my order. I sent her several emails, and she only responded to the very first one, stating when she shipped my order via USPS Media Mail,she didn’t purchase Tracking Confirmation. Money for my order was withdrawn from my husbands account on 11/05/09. I’ve sent several e-mails to Amazon as well and have not received a response from them either. I paid $102.33 for the above mentioned book and I expect to be Fully Refunded because the class we purchased it for is now over.

Other students have complained about not getting the textbook they ordered or the book pictured. I received the book pictured and detailed.
