Using Splitweet To Manage Multiple Twitter Accounts

As Twitter adoption gets deeper and deeper, users are going to have more Twitter accounts to manage. A while back, I found Splitweet which does a good job of sorting out feeds from both my accounts – @jasondrohn and @axiium.
