Likewise, you will always see free downloads and reports and social media campaigns because that stuff works! Now, you just need to go out and figure out how to get it done, both for you and your clients... For you, my first recommendation would be to put a contact form and a phone number on your site... Then maybe add a blog so people can come and flame you a bit.
